Barriers to content sharing are more fluid and so are copyright. Internet and digital technologies have facilitated the way content is diffused, creating complex challenges to creator and consumers of content – all of us.
This course aims at presenting and problematizing the major trends and innovations related to copyright protection in the context of technological progress. How is it possible to create an environment that allows for diffusion of information, innovation and legal safety of content producers? Our team of professors will present the main answers for this question.
