The legal and social frameworks that will guide the digital age are still under construction. New laws and practices are emerging to grasp digital realities and possibilities. ITS fellows discussed collaborative processes of creating laws and European Union privacy policies, which have gained momentum after data leaks and technological flaws. This interactive session presented new concepts and provocative approaches from around the world. This meeting was part of ITS Global Policy Fellowship 2015.
