The Internet can be used as a tool to empower marginalized communities. ITS Rio invited a group of international researchers and students for a conversation about techniques to catalyse and engage young people from global peripheries, creating bottom-up actions to change their local realities. This meeting was part of ITS Rio Global Policy Fellowship 2015.
