The body is the final frontier. It is a space of freedom and not of coercion. Law recognizes this limit and guarantees physical integrity to all as well as the possibility of deciding upon one’s body, with due restrictions often questioned from distinct viewpoints. To protect one’s own body and use it as desired are fundamental elements to guarantee the exercise of this right.
