Responding to the call for inputs published by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights of the United Nations, ITS Rio presents its contribution to the debate on the report on “the right to privacy in the digital age” following the Human Rights Council adopted resolution 34/7 on “The right to privacy in the digital age”. The contribution focus mainly on 2 topics which we believe are of utmost importance in the international debate on online privacy: i) child privacy; and ii) the right to be forgotten.
