Brazil’s Internet Bill of Rights was adopted in 2014. It is already an international reference for legal transformations in many countries. Therefore, it is necessary to understand what the challenges and trends for the domestic scenario are for the application and interpretation of this innovative law.

ITS Rio directors have actively participated in the construction of this law. Every year, the Institute offers a course on the updates and challenges of the application of this law. Combining a careful follow-up of the legal process with recent legal decisions, the course aims at updating the students on the main controversies concerning Internet regulation in the country.
