ITS Rio developed an extensive research on the regional challenges of the age rating process for the entertainment industry in Brazil. Based on a 5-year study on TV programming in each region, ITS Rio strengthened available knowledge for decision making in favour of keeping protected time slots on broadcast TV, reinforcing the protection of children and adolescent rights in Brazil.
The selection of this project occurred because of public call from UNESCO in partnership with the National Secretary of Justice.
