This report, published on February 4^th 2016, analysed the public consultation launched by São Paulo’s City Hall about the intensive use of the road system. ITS Rio considered the draft bill positive, especially article 3^rd, paragraph 3^rd, which regulates the sharing of transport data between the companies and the government. However, the report argued for the expansion of users’ privacy protection in this process. The document is concluded with two recommendations proposing the use of the Brazilian Internet Bill of Rights as a guide to address these weaknesses.
