After more than two years of the entry into force of Brazil’s Internet Bill of Rights, the issue of liability of providers for third party content has gained momentum in courts as the law was progressively applied and interpreted by Brazilian courts. From this experience, it is possible to point out three important questions regarding civil responsibility on the internet related to article 19 from the Bill.
