New book published by ITS Rio on the Brazilian Internet Bill of Rights (Marco Civil da Internet) which includes updated articles on the development of the Internet Bill of Rights and the several controversial issues on debate concerning the evolution of technology and the Internet. The reader will gain knowledge and understanding of the Marco Civil as well as understand the reasons for which this legislation is considered a milestone for Brazilian Internet.

This new publication presents different views on the Internet Bill of Rights and the outcomes of its application. It consists of eight articles on issues that range from the creation of the Bill, including the controversy on intermediary liability and net neutrality, to ways of protecting oneself from revenge pornography. There is also a translated version of the Internet Bill of Rights and of its Regulatory Decree.
